The main technical requirements,design scheme,manufacturing process and performance test data of the Swedish ODIN Ni-Cd batteries are introduced- It points out that at the 1 C rate of discharge the 23GNF,-5batteries is consisted with the proposed technical requirements by Swedish Space Corporation,and the examina-tion of its 7 years ground LEO-simulative lifetime test was passed at last.
