摘要
研制出一种长波凝视型384×288焦平面CMOS读出电路(ROIC)。读出电路输入级单元电路采用像素累积(PA)功能以提高信噪比(SNR),并具有抗晕功能以提高探测器的适应性;读出电路采用快照(Snapshot)积分模式,具有积分后读出(ITR)和积分同时读出(IWR)两种模式可选功能;其他特征包括积分时间可调、多级增益可选、多种规格及开窗模式,以及全芯片电注入测试功能。该读出电路采用0.35μm DPTM标准CMOS工艺,工作电压为3.3 V。测试结果表明,在77 K条件下,读出电路的动态范围达91 dB,功耗典型值为36 mW。
The long wave(LW) staring 384×288 focal plane CMOS ROIC was developed. To enhance the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of ROIC, the pixel accumulation(PA) operation was achieved in the input cell circuit. And the anti-booming operation was achieved to improve the adaptability of detector assembly. Snapshot integration mode was used in the ROIC which supported two integration mode: integration then readout (ITR) and integration while readout (IWR), as well as other characteristics such as tunable integration time, multiple selectable gains, selectable window readout modes, and all-chip electron injection. The 384×288 focal plane ROIC was fabricated in 0.35 μm DPTM CMOS process with work voltage of 3.3 V. The test results show the ROIC has good performance. The SNR of the ROIC is 91 dB, and the total power dissipation is about 36 roW.
