计划评审技术在交通基础设施建设中的应用分析

Application of PERT in Transportation Infrastructure Construction

计划评审技术是对不确定性高的项目进行时间估计而采用的一种方法。通过计划评审技术可以对交通基础设施建设项目进行概率分析,得出项目得以完成的可能性,为决策提供依据。本文以高速公路建设为例,阐述了计划评审技术在基础设施建设中的应用,实现对项目进行有效的管理,从而达到降低成本,缩短工期,挺高质量的目的。

PERT is a method to estimate the time of the project with a high uncertainty.Through program evaluation and review technique,the probability analysis for transportation infrastructure projects can be done,the possibility to complete the project can be computed,and a basis for the management on decision-making can be provided.In this paper,the application of PERT in transportation infrastructure projects are described by taking the freeway construction for example,so the effective management of the project is realized,and the purposes of reducing costs,shortening duration,and improving quality is reached.
