摘要
大鼠Harderian腺存在大量叶琳类物质.分离细胞抽提物的荧光激发、发射光谱与标准原叶琳Ⅸ几乎完全重叠,说明大部分叶琳是原叶咐ff.荧光显微镜下分离的细胞发出很强的红色荧光,在分泌颗粒间隙荧光较分泌颗粒处更强.胆囊收缩素8肽(CCK—8)、乌拉胆碱(Beth)皆不能刺激叶琳向胞外的释放.这些结果说明,Harderian腺细胞向胞外释放叶琳不是通过胞吐进行的.
Large amount of porphyrin existS in rat Harderian gland. The fluoascenceexdtation and emission spodra of authentic protoporphyrin Ⅸ almost exactly match those ofthe extlact from isolated Harderian gland cells, indicating that a large portion of the porphyrinin Harderian gland cells is protoporphyrin ac. Under fluoresance microscope, isolated Harderiangland Cells show strong red fluoascence, the fluoascence being stronger at the gap between theseCretory granules. Neither cholmptokinin nor bethaneChol stimulant porphyrin release fromisolated oh. Taken together, these data indicate that the release of porphyrin from Harderiangland is not vin an exoCytotic pathway.
