多发性硬化关联基因的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 多发性硬化（multiple sclerosis, MS）是一种遗传因素和环境因素共同作用导致的以中枢神经系统白质脱髓鞘为特点的自身免疫疾病,研究资料表明多发性硬化具有遗传异质性,其遗传易感性由多个微效基因共同决定,这些基因的多态性与MS相关性研究较为广泛,人们试图通过此类研究探索MS的发病机制,寻求MS更好的治疗手段.近年在分子生物学领域,MS的基因多态性关联研究和基因连锁分析都取得了相当的进展.下面就各个关联基因的基因多态性的研究进展分别予以阐述.
