摘要
简述了某车辆采用的TC+AMT自动变速系统结构,并针对影响该车换挡品质的换挡离合器充放油特性与充放油规律进行了离合器控制参数的设计。由换挡品质评价指标构造优化目标函数,对缓冲充油速率与结合速差等关键控制参数进行多目标优化,给出了离合器最优控制规律。对装有TC+AMT自动变速系统的样车进行了100%油门开度下1挡升2挡试验。结果表明:采用优化后的控制参数进行换挡离合器的控制,能有效改善该车换挡品质。
Structure of TC+AMT system adopted by a vehicle is outlined in the paper, and the control parameters of clutch affecting shift quality of TC +AMT are designed based on the rules of oil charging and discharging of the shiftingclutch. The objective function is optimized with shifting quality assessment criteria, and muhi-object optimization is made to critical control parameters, i.e. buffer oil charging rate, etc., the optimal control rule of clutch is provided. Shift up test from gear 1 to gear 2 with 100% throttle opening is made to a vehicle prototype with TC+AMT system. The test results indicate that, with the optimized parameters to control shifting clutch, gear-shifting quality of this vehicle is improved significantly.
