摘要
苏里格气田发现于2000年,2010年天然气产量达到105×108 m3,生产能力达到135×108 m3/a,是我国目前储量和产量最大的整装气田。该气田储层物性差,非均质性强,气井压力下降快、单井采出量小,常规技术难以实现高效开发。面对该气田的开发难题,以生产试验区为载体进行了针对低渗透气田高效开发技术的攻关,形成了12项开发配套技术。最近两年在精细气藏地质描述技术、丛式井和水平井开发技术、储层改造等关键技术上又取得了新的突破,应用效果良好,初步探索出了适合苏里格低渗透气田高效开发的方法,为今后苏里格气田年产230×108 m3/a开发目标和持续发展提供了技术保障。
Gas production in the Sulige Gas Field discovered in 2000 was up to 105×108m3 in 2010 and since then its annual productivity capacity has been up to 135×108m3.Thus,it has become a mono-block gas field with the highest reserves and production in China.However,this gas field is with the characteristics of low permeability,strong heterogeneity,sharp decline of formation pressure,and very low per-well productivity,therefore efficient development is made impossible with the regular techniques.In view of this,a study is carried out on the technologies for the highly efficient development of low-permeability gas fields on the basis of pilot test zones.As a result,12 packages of key techniques have been achieved over the past two years,such as fine gas reservoir description,cluster-well and horizontal-well development,and reservoir stimulation treatment,the field applications of which show good performance.To summarize,all above techniques have been proved to be adaptable for the development of the Sulige Gas Field,providing robust support for achieving the goal of this field with annual productivity of 230×108m3 and sustainable exploitation.
