Computer Analysis of Scraper Smearing Rheology Process

运用计算机对刮刀涂覆过程中的溶胶流变行为进行计算分析，说明了刮刀与布基之间的溶胶流动速度及压力分布情况和分离力与刀位、布基移动速度等工艺因素相互关系，对刮刀涂覆成型工艺的调试有指导意义．

The rheology behaviour of sol in the scraper smearing is analysed with computer.The results reveal the flowing velocity and presure distribution of sol between scraper and cloth, the relations between divorce force of scraper from cloth and scraper location and moving speed of cloth etc. The results are significant to scraper smearing process regulation.
