信息权利表达是社会主体合法信息利益诉求的现实反映,是法律赋予权利主体维护自身合法信息权益的基本前提。通过分析社会弱势群体信息权利表达的影响成因,指出该群体信息权利表达的特点,并深刻揭示了弱势群体信息权利表达的价值意涵,以期为社会弱势群体的信息权利保障提供一定的理论基础与价值导向。

Information rights expression is the practical reflection of legitimate information interests claims of social subject,and is the basic premises of safeguarding legitimate information interests of rights subject which is given by law.Through explaining the causes of information rights expression,the paper pointed out the expression characteristics of information rights of vulnerable groups.And it deeply elaborated the significance of information rights expression of vulnerable groups,in order to provide the necessary theoretical foundation and value orientation for information rights guarantee of vulnerable groups.
