摘要
对近年来利用爆炸成形技术成形与修复内腔精度高且形状复杂的管式连铸结晶器质量进行了总结,并在大量实验和数值模拟的基础上,对爆炸成形与修复过程进行了分析。分析结果表明,采用爆炸成形加工方法成形与修复管式结晶器可以达到良好的成形精度,且爆炸硬化效应明显,药量等诸多影响因素对成形结果至关重要。这对进一步提高应用爆炸成形与修复管式结晶器技术具有一定指导意义。
The results of the renovated tubular crystallizer's quality with higher precision and complicated shape inner wall by explosive forming technique in recent years were summarized.The renovating process on the basis of many explosions and numerical simulation was analyzed.The analysis shows that the crystallizer's forming precision is very good and explosive hardening effect is evident using explosive forming.Many affecting factors are important to forming quality including the quantity of explosive etc.This will establish the base how to put in use the forming technique availably for next step.
