摘要
高速精密数控冲床轴承的可靠度直接决定冲床整机的工作稳定性。传统可靠性计算需要大量实验数据且实验条件实现困难,通过运用ADAMS以及ANSYS软件对冲床传动系统进行柔性体动力学仿真,获取各个滚动轴承在机床运作过程中的受力载荷谱,并在此基础上计算轴承的使用寿命以及在所需寿命下的可靠度,为高速冲床的整机可靠性分析提供数据依据和理论基础。
The reliability of high-speed punch rolling bearings directly determines the stability of punching machine.The traditional method of calculating reliability requires a large number of experimental data and it is difficult to achieve the conditions.Through the dynamic simulation of transmission system by using ADAMS and ANSYS software,the load spectrum of each rolling bearing was obtained.On this basis,the life of rolling bearings and the reliability to meet the required life can be calculated and the necessary date and theory basis for the reliability analysis of high-speed punch can be provided.
