摘要
对卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计进行了研究。首先,推导出了六杆变速机构滑块的位移和速度公式。其次,根据六杆变速机构结构的特点,建立了卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计数学模型。最后,用C++语言和半惩罚函数优化方法,编写了卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构优化设计程序,以1250kN卧式拉延压力机六杆变速机构为例进行优化设计,优化结果较令人满意。
The optimization design was carried out comprehensively for six-bar variable-speed mechanism of horizontal type drawing press.First,the formulae of slider displacement and velocity of six-bar variable-speed mechanism were derived.Secondly,its mathematical model of optimization design was established according to its structural characteristics.With C++ programming and half-penalty method,the program of optimization design was compiled.The six-bar variable-speed mechanism of horizontal type drawing press with 1250 kN nominal working pressure was optimized and the optimization result was satisfactory.
