摘要
在对63kJ数控全液压模锻锤系统分析的基础上,提出通过建立数学模型,并应用Simulink进行仿真分析,从而直观地求出打击阀的开启时间t与打击能量e之间的能量仿真关系,实现比较精确的能量控制。通过对打击阀的开启时间t与打击能量e之间的仿真结果分析,为数控全液压的反馈控制提供了参考,该方法目前已在模锻锤开环控制方面取得了较好的成果。
A method based on the analysis of 63 kJ numerical control hydraulic die forging hammer system was put forward.The relationship between the draw blow valve open time t and blowing energy e was got to achieve more precise energy control through the establishment of the mathematical model and simulation analysis by Simulink.Through the simulation result analysis of the draw blow valve open time t and blowing energy e,it provides the reference for CNC hydraulic feedback control.The method achieves a better result currently in the forging hammer open loop control.
