摘要
以硅树脂和硅凝胶为原料,制备出一种多孔性的、一体化硅基复合膜.这种硅基复合膜的气体(对H2)渗透率为105~106Barrer,其H2/N2分离因子为3~4.13;Q2/N2分离因子为1~1.29.经过表面处理的硅基复合膜,其H2/N2最大可达16.15;OZ/N2可达5.32.这种复合膜适用于热工业气体的分离.
A porous, integral silicon-based composite membrane was developed, with silicon gel and silicon resin as raw materials. Its gas permeability for H2 is about 105~106 Barrer; and its separation factor for H2/N2 is 3~4.13, for O2/N2 is 1~1.29. The selectivity of the membrane is improved through surface treatment,upon which the separation factor reaches 16.5 for H2/N2 and 5.32 for O2/N2. The composite membrane is suitable for hot industral gas separation in an oxidizing environment.
