肝动脉化疗栓塞术对老年原发性肝细胞癌患者CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗过程中老年原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)患者外周血CD4+CD25+foxp3+调节性T细胞(Tregs)和CD4+CD25+CD127low/-调节性T细胞(Tregs)的频数变化,探讨TACE治疗对老年HCC患者的免疫调节机制。方法分别在治疗前及治疗4 w后,采集37例HCC患者外周血,应用Ficoll淋巴细胞分离液分离单个核细胞(PBMC),应用流式分析法分别对PBMC中CD4+CD25+Tregs占CD4+百分比进行分析。结果患者CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tregs和CD4+CD25+foxp3+占CD4+T细胞百分比在TACE治疗前和治疗4 w后相比较,均较治疗前有所降低(〔4.16%±1.83%vs 2.56%±1.05%,P<0.01)(,6.78%±2.82%vs 4.94%±0.56%,P<0.01)〕。结论 TACE治疗后老年HCC患者的CD4+CD25+Tregs占CD4+T细胞百分比下降。TACE治疗可能对HCC患者的免疫状态起到一定调理作用,CD127可以作为监测Treg的常规标志。
