CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检72例 被引量:6

摘要 对于肺部局限性孤立性结节病灶及弥漫性病变,有时单纯依靠影像学检查做出明确的定性诊断尚有一定的难度,而经皮CT引导下肺穿刺活检是获得病理学诊断的重要手段。为探讨经皮肺穿刺活检的临床价值,本文回顾性分析72例经皮CT引导肺穿刺活检病例的临床资料。
