喷施无机铁对农田人参产量、质量及铁元素质量分数的影响

摘要 采用叶面喷施的方法,研究农田人参叶片对不同质量浓度Fe2+的吸收及吸收后的分配规律,以及喷施Fe2+对人参产量和总皂苷质量分数的影响。结果表明:农田人参叶片可有效吸收叶面供给的铁营养,并且吸收后可向根部运输,随着铁元素质量浓度的升高,人参叶片吸收铁元素的量增加,向根部运输铁元素的量也随之增加。喷施低质量浓度Fe2+(0.05和0.50 g/L)可提高人参产量和皂苷质量分数,高Fe2+质量浓度(5.0和20.0 g/L)会对人参叶片造成伤害,产量降低。喷施0.50 g/L Fe2+时效果最佳,农田人参产量增加24.5%,总皂苷质量分数增加31.74%。 Farmland experiments were conducted to reveal the principle of iron absorption by ginseng leaves through foliar application, and the effects of iron on yield and total ginsenoside content were also studied. Results showed that iron sprayed on foliage could be absorbed efficiently by ginseng leaves. After absorption, the iron was transferred to root. Iron concentration in the leaves and root increased with increasing concentration of iron sprayed on foliage. Low Fe^2+ concentrations (0. 05 and 0.50 g/L) could increase the yield and ginsennside content, while high Fe^2+ concentrations (5.0 and 20.0 g/L) burned ginseng leaves and led to a reduction in yield. The optimum concentration for spraying iron on ginseng leaves was 500 mg/L, and the yield increased by 24.5% and total ginsenoside content increased by 31.74%.
