北五味子多糖对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧的作用 被引量:20

摘要 将160只昆明种小鼠随机分成4组,即空白组(蒸馏水)、高、中、低剂量组(多糖含量分别为40、20、10 mg.kg-1.d-1)。每组40只,每日以10 mL/kg剂量给小鼠连续灌胃30 d。然后测定其负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧时间,并测定其血清中乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶活性、血清尿素氮(血清尿素氮)浓度和肝糖原质量分数。结果表明,北五味子多糖能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(p<0.05,p<0.01);中、高剂量组能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(p<0.05);降低小鼠血清乳酸(p<0.05)和血清尿素氮(中、高剂量组分别为p<0.05和p<0.01)的浓度;提高运动后乳酸脱氢酶活性(p<0.05,p<0.01)和小鼠体内肝糖原的储备量(p<0.01)。该结果说明北五味子多糖对小鼠具有明显的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of Schisandra chinensis ( Turcz. ) Baill. polysaccharides (SCP) on anti-fatlgue and anti-hypoxia in mice. A total of 160 healthy Kunming mice were randomized in 4 groups ( high, moderate and low dosage groups and the blank control group), with 40 mice in each group. Treated mice in each group were administered with SCP at a dose of 10 mL/kg for 30 consecutive days. Then the loaded-swimming time, the endurance time with hypoxia at normal pressure, the contents of serum lactic acid, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) and liver glycogen ( LG ) , and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity were tested. Results showed that SCP could increase the loaded-swimming time and LDH activity after swimming, and decrease the BUN content (p〈0.05 for the moderate dosage group, p〈0.01 for the high dosage group). Moreover, SCP could prolong the endurance time with hypoxia at normal pressure (p〈0.05), decrease the content of the serum lactic acid (p〈0.05), and increase liver glycogen (LG) reserves significantly (p〈0.01). SCP can obviously increase the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia ability in mice.
