摘要
目的研究葡萄糖酸锌对轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察。方法对确诊为轮状病毒性肠炎的102例患儿随机分成两组,治疗组52例,对照组50例,均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以口服葡萄糖酸锌,比较两组的治疗效果和止泻时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组;平均疗程治疗组为(2.97±1.53)d,对照组为(3.86±1.64)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎有一定的疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect on rotavirus enteritis with glucose acid zinc.Methods A total of 102 cases infantile rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups and all received conventional treatment.The treatment group of 50 cases received the glucose acid zinc.Then the effect of the two groups were compared.Results The cured rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,prominently higher than the control group;The averaged course of recovery was（2.97±1.53）d in the treatment group and（3.86±1.64）d in the controls,with statistical difference（P〈0.005）.Conclusion Addition glucose acid zinc in infantile rotavirus enteritis has better therapy effect.
