摘要
在超声波塑料焊接过程中, 针对声学系统的输入电信号受到焊接过程负载变化的直接影响,研制了一种超声波电信号测试系统,可以对超声波塑料焊接过程中功率、电压电流有效值、相位差及频率信号等进行快速准确的在线检测,而且可以对测量结果进行实时纪录、分析处理.测试结果表明,超声波电信号能够有效地反映焊接过程的变化,为实现焊接过程质量控制提供了可能.该系统还可以应用于功率超声的其他领域.
Because the ultrasonic electric signals are inputs to the acoustic system and are directly affected by the changes in the welding load, it is necessary to measure the ultrasonic electric signals during the ultrasonic plastic welding. A ultrasonic electric signals measurement system is proposed to measure the ultrasonic electric signals with high voltage, high frequency and non sine wave so that the measurement results can be saved and analyzed in real time. The measurement results show that the ultrasonic electric signals can reflect the changes during the ultrasonic process, which makes the ultrasonic process quality control possible. This measurement system can be utilized in other fields of high power ultrasonic.
