摘要
目的探讨牙螺旋CT重建成像方法。方法对31例患者采用1.0 mm层厚HDCT和ADCT两种方式扫描并摄全景X光牙片对比。结果螺旋CT重建图像在显示颌骨和牙组织解剖结构、下颌管切牙管位置、周围骨皮质受累及牙根受累等方面优于全景X光牙片(P<0.01);ADCT图像显示病变与周围骨皮质关系以及牙根受累情况时较HDCT图像清晰(P<0.05)。结论 HDCT重建是一种优秀的显示颌骨解剖特征和异常病变的成像方法;ADCT图像质量优于HDCT,应尽量选用。
【Objective】 To investigate the methodology of dental spiral CT reconstruction.【Methods】 31 patients were examined by panoramograph,HDCT and ADCT respectively,only 1.0 mm slice thickness was applied.The definition and precision of three kinds of pictures were analyzed.【Results】 DCT was superior in displaying delineation of anatomy of jaw and tooth tissue,displacement of mandibular canal and incisive canal,involved jaw cortical and tooth root when compared with orthopantomography(P〈 0.01).ADCT was more superior in reviewing cortical involvement and root involvement(P〈 0.05).【Conclusion】 Dental spiral CT reconstruction has proved to be an excellent procedure for characterizing the anatomy and dental-related abnormalities of the jaw.ADCT is better than HDCT,usually should be selected.
