十二指肠乳头腺瘤患者行局部切除的疗效分析(附6例报告)

Effects analysis on local resection for 6 Patients

目的探讨十二指肠乳头腺瘤的临床特点及手术技巧。方法 2006年1月～2010年6月该中心收治6例十二指肠乳头腺瘤患者,术前经十二指镜检及活检、影像学及肿瘤标记物检测确认无恶变者。行开腹十二指肠乳头肿瘤局部切除术。结果所有患者手术顺利,切除的十二指肠乳头部肿瘤大小为1.5～3.0 cm,平均2.17 cm,无明显并发症发生。结论十二指肠乳头局部切除术创伤小,并发症少,对十二指肠乳头良性肿瘤,或病情不允许大手术范围的高分化十二指肠乳头癌患者,是良好的选择。

【Objective】 To evaluate the clinic characters and the operation skills for Ampullary Adenoma（AA）.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 AA patients admitted in our hospital from Jan.2006 to June 2010.Ampullary adenoma had been laparotomy local resected,in which no-canceration were confirmed by endoscopically diagnose,pathologically AA,MRCP and tumor markers detection.【Results】 A total of 6 operations went smoothly.The tumor size were 1.5~3.0 cm,at a mean size 2.17 cm.Duodenal papilla tumor underwent local resection,there were no severe complications.【Conclusions】 Local resection,less trauma and less complication,is a feasible method to benign tumor or well-differentiated duodenum carcinoma.
