摘要
为了利用脉冲变压器模式有效提升输出电流,介绍了一种在常规脉冲变压器基础上引入超导技术混合应用的方法。通过理论分析和参数计算,研制出了由3个超导双饼绕组和2个单饼式铜绕组组成的实验用高温超导混合脉冲变压器。对研制好的混合变压器进行脉冲放电测试,实验结果表明:在初始电容器充电610V的条件下,变压器副边实现2.6kA的大电流脉冲输出,电流变比达到1:30。测试结果与设计期望值相符,具有一定的可行性,对同类脉冲变压器研究提供了重要的参考依据。
In order to effectively improve the output current by means of pulse transformer model, this paper introduced a method for the hybrid application through importing superconducting technology based on normal pulse transformers. Through theoretical analysis and parameter calculation, a high temperature superconducting hybrid pulse transformer, which consists of three superconducting double pancake type windings and two single pancake type copper windings, was developed for the experiment. The pulse discharge test with this transformer was done. The experiment results show that the output current reaches 2.6kA when input voltage of charging capacitor is 610V, with a current ratio of 1:30. The test results match the designed results.
