激光微加工凹坑表面的表征及摩擦特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究激光微加工表面形貌参数对摩擦特性的影响,设计并加工了5组具有相同凹坑面积占有率和深径比的圆盘试样,对微造型试件的表面形貌进行了测量和表征,并在JPM-1型双盘摩擦磨损试验机上进行了线接触摩擦试验。结果表明:滑滚比较小时,摩擦系数随着凹坑直径增大而增大;滑滚比较大时,结果则相反。文中给出了特定的工况下,部分ISO25178三维表征参数与摩擦特性之间的联系。研究结果为表征表面功能特性提供了依据。 In order to study the influence of topography parameters of laser-textured surface on tribological properties, five disc specimens are designed and made, which have the same area density and the ratio of depth to diameter of micro cavity. Then the surface topography of the laser-textured specimens is measured and characterized. And the frictional experiments under line contact are conducted on a JPM-1 two-disc tribo-tester. The results show that when the sliding-rolling ratio is small, the friction coefficient increases with the diameter of micro cavity; when the sliding-rolling ratio is large, the result is opposite. The relation between some ISO25178 3D surface characterization parameters and tribological properties under special working condition is given, which establishes a basis for characterizing the functional characteristics of surfaces.
