Digital warehouse design based on Zigbee network

文章针对传统仓库管理中信息采集不准确、存取货物过程繁琐、自动化程度不高等问题提出了一套数字化仓库解决方案,该方案以RFID技术为依托,并将Zigbee网络引入到数字化仓库的建设中,实现了自动化的入库、出库管理;重点介绍了RFID技术在数字仓库中的应用以及数字仓库Zigbee自组织网络的搭建,并就数字仓库的网络特点对LEACH算法进行了针对性的改进,使其在能耗和网络生存时间上有更好的表现,最后对数字化仓库的工作流程进行了详细描述。

Aiming at the traditional warehouse management problems that the information collection is inaccurate, the goods access process is complicated and the automation degree is low, this paper puts forward a digital warehouse solution. This solution relies on radio frequency identification（RFID）, and brings the Zigbee network in the construction of the digital warehouse, which achieves the auto- matic management of in-bound and out-bound. The application of RFID technique in the digital ware- house and the construction of Zigbee self-organizing network of the digital warehouse are introduced. In view of the characteristics of the digital warehouse network, the LEACH algorithm is improved so that it can better perform in energy consumption and network survival time. The operating process of the digital warehouse is also described.
