特殊路段中面层掺加聚酯纤维的关键技术研究

摘要 通过对掺加聚酯纤维沥青混合料进行室内试验和施工工艺关键环节研究,分析了特殊路段中面层AC-20型沥青混合料的级配优化、油石比选定、路用性能的影响及施工工艺控制。结果表明:特殊路段中掺加聚酯纤维沥青混合料的级配应偏细些,最佳油石比宜在普通路段沥青混合料基础上增加0.2%,且具有良好的路用性能,并提出了施工工艺中关键环节的控制要点,可供特殊路段施工参考。 Via both laboratory test and construction technology key process research on mixing polyes- ter fibers to asphalt, analysis of special road section middle layer on AC-20 asphalt mixture gradation opti- mization, asphalt/stone proportion selection, road performance impact, as well as construction process control are done. The results show that: special road sections mixed with polyester fiber have a finer grading, and the best asphalt/stone proportion of asphalt mixture should be 0. 2% higher than that of common road section, with a good road performance. And a key part of the construction process control points which can be taken as a special reference to the construction of is provided.
