摘要
设计并合成了一种新型荧光素类Ca2+荧光探针,其结构经IR、1HNMR、MALDI-TOF MS测试得以证实。同时,对该目标探针进行了FS测试,结合杂环Ca2+荧光探针的结构特点分析,为合成新型Ca2+荧光探针提供了新的思路。
A novel calcium-selective fluorescent indicator was designed and synthesized.The structures of the new compound were adequately characterized by 1HNMR,GC-MS,IR and MALDI-TOF MS.Meanwhile,the fluorescence spectra of the new compound has been studied.Structure analysis of this calcium-selective fluorescent indicator provides a new idea for syntheses of novel calcium-selective fluorescent indicators which can be uesed to investigate the effects of calcium ions in biological systems.
