摘要
针对针阀体喷孔采用脉冲电流电解去毛刺后,存在喷孔内入口处倒圆半径偏差较大、喷孔流量分散度较大的问题,提出采用超声辅助振动工具阴极进行小初始加工间隙电解去毛刺加工,分析了复合超声振动的脉冲电流电解去毛刺工艺特点。针阀体喷孔电解去毛刺试验数据表明:采用超声辅助振动工具阴极后,倒圆半径偏差得以减小,流量分散度有所降低。
To regulate the deviation of the corner radius of injection hole inlet and the dispersion of flux of nozzle injection hole, a promising solution is proposed as a new design of cathode structure with ultrasonic vibration. The article focuses on analyzing the characteristic of technology of PECDM combined ultrasonic vibration. The experimental results show that the deviation of the corner radius of injection hole inlet and the dispersion of flux of nozzle injection hole can be decreased using the new design proposed.
