本文介绍了液压仿形车床在加工轴类零件过程中样轴的设计方法。结合实例讨论了样轴在设计过程中的轴向、径向尺寸及公差的确定,并且指出了样轴的正确使用方法。
This paper introduces the design of sample axis in the process of machining axis spare parts with hydraulic pressure copying lathe. The paper discussed the definition of axial radial size and axial horizontal size and its tolerances of sample axis in light of practical example. The right methods in use of sample axis is also pointed out.
