摘要 本文针对R系列挖掘机试制中动臂扭曲变形问题,根据窄长形状结构件装配质量不好,焊接工件摆放位置不当,以及焊接顺序、方向不合理易造成结构件焊后产生扭曲变形的理论,对动臂焊接翻转胎具进行了改进,并提出了对动臂焊前姿态、焊接顺序、焊接方向、焊接过程的热对称以及焊接间断时间等进行整体调整和控制措施。 In this article, a question is discussed on the deflexion and distortion of boom in advanced development of R series digging machine. Based on the facts of poor assembling quality, unsuitable laying positions of weld work pieces, unreasonable welding order and welding direction of narrow and long structural work pieces, with a result of work piece distortion, it is proposed to improve the weld turning clamping fixtures. Suggestions are also put forward to comprehensively adjust and take control measures on the pre-welding gesture, welding order, welding direction, welding procedure, thermo-symmetry and welding break durations.
