伦理与创业活动关系的实证研究:基于CPSED的调查

Empirical Research on the relationship between Entrepreneurial activity and Ethics:Analysis of the survey based on CPSED

在经济快速发展和道德伦理不断完善的今天,越来越多的学者开始关注企业对于社会责任的承担,而企业发展初期,也就是在创业阶段的伦理,逐渐成为了众多学者关注的焦点。本文通过引入中国创业动态跟踪调查方式(CPSED),对中国八大城市新生创业者进行调查,并且依据有效的数据分析,对伦理和创业之间的关系进行探讨。主要选择家庭和制度两个维度进行伦理与创业关系的探讨,以此来分析并总结伦理与创业之间的关系。根据研究所得数据以及数据的分析,本文最终验证了伦理的家庭因素和制度因素与创业之间具有显著的相关关系。

Today, with the rapid and continuous economic development and improvement of moral theory, more and more scholars began to focus on the responsibility of business for social, in the early stage of enterprise development, that is entrepreneurial stage, the business ethics has become the focus that got the attention from many scholars. We investigated new entrepreneurs of eight major cities in China, though using the way that is Chi- nese Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics （CPSED）. And discusses the relationship between ethics and entre- preneurship based on the effective data analysis. Select two dimensions, the family and institutional, and try to dis- cuss the relationship with entrepreneurship, and then analyze and summarize the relationship between ethics and entrepreneurship. According to studies and analysis of the data, Finally we check that there is significant correla- tion between the family factor and institutional factor of ethic and the entrepreneurship.
