The Effects of R&D Staff's Organization Identification and Team Identification on Cooperative R&D Performance:A Conceptual Model and Related Assumptions

摘要 合作研发日益成为企业技术创新的重要模式,其绩效在很大程度上受研发人员的知识共享行为的影响,作为知识的载体,合作研发人员对所属组织和团队的双重认同会影响其知识共享意愿和行为。本文以认同理论为基础,考察知识共享的中介作用,对合作研发人员的组织认同、团队认同与合作研发绩效的关系进行理论分析和推理,提出一个概念模型和相关假设,从而为合作研发中的知识共享行为及研发绩效的相关研究提供新的思路。 Cooperative R&D is increasingly becoming an important model of technological innovation. Knowl- edge sharing is a key factor in R&D performance. As the carrier of knowledge, the Cooperative R&D staffs become the main body of knowledge sharing, whose dual identification influences their knowledge-sharing intentions and ac- tions. This paper analyzes the relationship between the identification and R&D performance and proposes a concep- tual framework and some related assumptions based on the theory of identification, considering the intermediary role of knowledge sharing. It aims to provide new ideas for the research of the knowledge sharing behavior in the process of cooperative R&D, and shed light on the improvement of cooperative R&D Performance.
