团队人格特质组合对团队结果的影响研究 被引量:5

A Study on the Influence of Team Personality Composition on Team Outcomes

摘要 越来越多的研究从大五人格的角度探讨团队人格特质组合对团队结果的影响。本文对团队人格特质组合与团队结果之间关系的研究进展进行了回顾,发现以往研究并没有形成一致的研究结论,主要原因在于竞争性的理论基础、因变量"团队结果"具有多种内涵和测量、对团队人格特质组合采用不同的测量方法等。未来的研究应该根据团队工作的特性和团队结果的具体指标来选择理论基础,确定团队人格特质组合的测量方法,进而考虑可能的调节变量,才能深化本项研究并取得相对稳定的研究结论。 More and more studies using "Big Five" personality to explore the influence of team personality composition on team outcomes. This paper reviews the past research on the relationship of team personality compo- sition and team outcomes. However, the past research had not come to consistent conclusion. Mainly because they had competitive theoretical basis, or they defined and measured team personality composition and team outcomes from different ways.
