溃疡性结肠炎活动指数的临床应用评价

Clinical Significance of Ulcerative Colitis Activity Index

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎活动指数(UCAI)在患者疾病活动程度评价中的临床价值。方法选择明确诊断的溃疡性结肠炎240例,计算Truelove-Witts分度和UCAI,分析两种评价方法的相关性。结果 240例Truelove-Witts分度分为轻度组78例,中度组57例,重度组105例。依据UCAI值判定轻度活动127例,中度活动16例,重度活动97例。240例UCAI与Truelove-Witts分度符合率为轻度组97.43%、中度组21.05%、重度组81.90%。UCAI与Truelove-Witts分度的符合率与疾病活动程度存在关联,轻度和重度患者二者的关联明显增加。结论 UCAI可用于轻度和重度溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病活动程度的临床评价。

Objective To explore the applied clinical value of ulcerative colitis activity index（UCAI） in patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods 240 patients were diagnosed as having ulcerative colitis and were divided by TrueloveWitts and calculated by UCAI, and then the correlation between these two methods was analyzed. Results According to Truelove-Witts scale division, 240 patients were assigned into three groups： mild group （n = 78）, moderate group （n = 57） and severe group （n = 105）. On the basis of UCAI numerical value, 127 patients were identified with gentle activity, 16 patients with midrange activity, 97 patients with severe activity. UCAI and Truelove-Witts were associated with one another. The coincidence rates in 3 groups were 97.43% , 21.05% and 81.90%. UCAI and Truelove-Witts were associated with clinical severity. Conclusion UCAI is effective in evaluating mild and severe patients with active ulcerative colitis.
