摘要 企业级公共电网地理信息系统(GIS)平台独立部署的技术发展趋势突破了传统的直接基于GIS平台开发应用系统的技术框架。提出一种新的以公共电网GIS平台为中心的电网地理图形应用架构,以适应技术发展需要。通过深入分析电网企业GIS图形应用需求,提出公共电网GIS平台应成为一个位置感知与电网感知相结合的应用透明的平台设计思想。将架构涉及的应用系统归纳为4种主要类型,并结合典型应用场景给出了4类系统与公共电网GIS平台数据共享与功能互动的具体集成方案,实现了各类应用系统与平台之间数据分布和功能协同的优化。该架构方案在国家电网公司"SG186"工程中得以实际应用,可充分发挥公共电网GIS平台的中心枢纽和基础支撑作用,并保障整个电网地理信息、设备信息和拓扑信息等的一致性。 The technical trend of building the enterprise common electric power grid geographic information system (GIS) platform has broken through the traditional architecture of developing applications directly based on the GIS platform. A new common GIS platform centered architecture of electric power grid GIS applications is proposed to suit the technical development need. According to an in-depth analysis of GIS application requirements of the electric power grid enterprise, the concept of designing position-sensitive, grid-sensitive and application-neutral GIS platform is proposed. Four type GIS applications are summarized and an integration solution is proposed to optimize the data distribution and functional collaboration between GIS platform and GIS applications including some typical application scenarios. This architecture has been applied in "SG186" project of State Grid Corporation of China and can take full advantage of the function of the key position and basic support of the common electric power grid GIS platform and ensure the data consistency of position, equipment, and topology of the electric power grid.
