An Analysis on the Strategy and Practice of China's Participating in WTO Decision Making:The Case of Doha Round Negotiation

中国加入WTO十年,在世界贸易组织中成功实现了从规制遵守者到规制制定者,从新加入成员到核心成员,从默默无闻到有所作为的华丽蜕变。在前期实践的基础上,中国应充当世界贸易组织中灵活务实的核心决策方,重视依靠谈判集团维护国家利益,更加积极地在WTO各类机构中发挥作用。

After 10 years since China′s accession to WTO,China has already become one of the most important members in WTO.Based on the experience before,China should readjust the strategy more flexible in WTO decision making,and learn to take advantage of the groups in WTO.Finally,China could play a more active role in WTO′s operation and management.
