摘要
为获得符合实际桥式起重机起升载荷的分布模型,对某起重机装配车间的一台75/30 t桥式起重机进行5天的起升载荷样本采集,共采集165个样本。对该样本利用上确界型统计量(D统计量)、平方差型统计量(A2统计量、W2统计量),按指数分布、正态分布、对数正态分布、Gamma分布、两参数威布尔分布、三参数威布尔分布6种分布模型假设进行分布检验及似然比拟合优度检验。结果表明显著性水平、检验方法、分布模型假设影响检验结果。在6种分布模型中,三参数威布尔分布假设更好地符合75/30 t桥式起重机起升载荷分布特征,可作为起重机钢结构疲劳分析、寿命评估和可靠性计算的基础。
In order to obtain the actual load distribution model of the bridge crane,lifted load sample was collected for five days in a shop for a 75/30 t bridge crane,and collected sample size was 165.The sample was tested separately with supremum statistic(D statistic) and square variance statistic(A2 statistic,W2 statistic).Six hypothesis distribution models were exponential distribution,normal distribution,logarithmic normal distribution,Gamma distribution,two parameter Weibull distribution,three parameter Weibull distribution.The results show that distribution model hypotheses,distribution testing methods,significance levels all impact the testing results.Three-parameter Weibull distribution fits the bridge crane loads best compared with the other distribution models.The tested result is the antecedent of fatigue analysis,life appraisal study,and reliability computing for crane steel structure.
