产权与政治研究:进路与整合——建构产权政治学的新尝试

Study of Property Rights and Politics:Forwarding Paths and Integration——An attempt of Introduction of Property Rights Politics

产权与政治关系的研究主要有三种进路:一是产权与阶级、革命研究进路,通过产权关系考察生产关系、社会关系和政治关系;二是产权与法律、国家研究进路,将产权视为影响国家、权力的重要因素,进而展开产权与政治的研究;三是产权与市民社会、民主研究进路,从财产权着手研究财产权与市民社会、民主的关系。三种研究进路从不同的视角研究了产权与政治关系的方方面面,为人类认识经济与政治、社会与政治之间的关系提供了分析工具和分析方法,但是在概念界定、研究方法、研究对象及研究目的上三者缺乏共识,无法厘清产权与政治之间真正的关系,也无法对产权与政治的新变革作出合理的解释。现有研究的局限要求建立一个有着基本共识的平台,建立一个专门针对产权与政治关系特别是从政治学视角研究产权的新的解释模式和分析框架,即产权政治学。从内涵来看就是产权的政治学分析,从学科来看就是产权政治学,从视角来看就是政治学与经济学的互动。

Studies on property rights are forwarding on three paths. First, they engaged research path of property rights, class and revolution by observing the correlation of production relations, social relations and political relations through relations of property rights; Second, they employ research path of property rights, law and country by prioritizing property rights as a most influential factor to country and power relating to politics; The third genre, studies adopt the research path of property rights, civil society and democracy by researching the relations of property rights, civil society and democracy through property rights. The above-mentioned paths studied the correlation between property rights and political relationship from different perspectives, providing analyse both tools and methodology on studies of relations of economics and politics and relations of society and politics. However, progress on relations of property rights and politics still await reasonable explanation due to lack of common consensus on definitions, methodology, victim and purpose of the study, which collectively fails a common understanding of the relations of property rights and politics. Such limits require a consensus base on which we establish an explanatory and analytical framework specializing relations of property rights and politics, on perspectives of politics study, thus beg introduction of property rights Politics. For connotation it means political analyses of property rights; for discipline it is interaction perspectives between economics and politics. property rights politics; as for insight, it promotes
