为了进一步了解经期症状与运动之间的相互关系,对所在学校体育系全体女生42名,以及随机抽出的普通系女生42名进行了问卷式调查,经分析发现长期运动可以明显降低痛经的发病率,运动还可以明显缓解经期紧张综合征的症状,但是,经期运动有使月经量增多和加重痛经症状的趋势。
