培哚普利对高血压病人血浆内皮素-1的影响

Effect of Perindopril on Plasma ET-1 Level of Patients with Hypertension

目的 探讨培哚普利对高血压病患者血浆内皮素 1的影响。方法 观察 78例高血压病患者治疗前后血浆内皮素含量的变化。结果 与健康人组相比 ,高血压病患者血浆内皮素Ⅰ水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后则明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 培哚普利能有效降低高血压病人血浆内皮素 1的水平。

Objective To assess the effect of perindopril on plasma endothelin 1 level of patients with hypertension.Method The level of endothelin 1(ET 1) in plasma of 78 patients with hypertension was observed before and after treatment with perindopril.Results Compared with the healthy group,the level of ET 1 in plasma of patients with hypertension remarkably increased( P <0.01),but after treatment,the level of ET 1 in plasma of patients with hypertension remarkably reduced( P <0.01).Conclusions Perindopril can efficiently reduce the level of ET 1 in plasma of patients with hypertension.
