Study on Structure and Properties of Reclaimed Rubber Using Different Reclaiming Methods

摘要 对比了两种再生技术,即高温高压动态脱硫再生和超临界CO2流体脱硫再生对废旧轮胎的再生效果,并研究了再生胶结构性能。结果表明,利用高温高压动态脱硫再生技术生产的再生胶,具有相对分子质量高、力学性能优异、门尼粘度高、溶胶含量低、产品外观差的特点,而利用超临界CO2流体脱硫再生技术生产的再生胶,具有门尼粘度适中、溶胶含量高、产品外观优异、相对分子质量低、力学性能不佳的特点。 The structure and properties of reclaimed rubber by using different reclaiming methods of dynamic devulcanization at high temperature and high pressure and supercritical carbon dioxide devulcanization were studied.The results showed that reclaimed rubber using dynamic devulcanization at high temperature and high pressure had excellent mechanical properties,worse appearance and higher Mooney viscosity,while reclaimed rubber by supercritical carbon dioxide devulcanization had good appearance and appropriate Mooney viscosity,worse mechanical properties.
