摘要
随书光盘网上服务力是图书馆服务水平与能力的直接体现,随书光盘网上服务力评价内容主要包括系统设计、系统功能、资源组织与揭示、可持续发展等方面,以此可构建高校图书馆随书光盘网上服务力评价指标体系与模糊综合评价模型,本文对部分"211"高校图书馆随书光盘网上服务力进行实证研究并提出建议,以期促进高校图书馆随书光盘的网络化管理。
The book-attached CD-ROM online services power can demonstrate its service level and abilities. The evaluation of the book-attached CDROM online services power consists of four aspects, including system design, system function, reaources organization and reveal, sustainable develop ment, which can be the basis for establishing an evaluation indicator system and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. This paper conducts an empir ical study of the part of the "211" university library and provides suggestions, so as to promote the book-attached CD-ROM network management in the university library.
