TAIR对我国大陆高校机构知识库建设的启示

Inspiration of TAIR to the Construction of University Institutional Repository in China's Mainland

文章介绍了我国台湾地区台湾学术机构典藏(TAIR)的建设现状与建设经验,提出我国大陆地区高校可在现有省域级高校图书馆联盟基础上进行省域级高校机构知识库联盟构建。借鉴TAIR的建设经验,提出"自上而下"的建设策略,实现IR技术与经验共享,明确著作权方案,先易后难、区别对待。

This paper introduces the status and construction experience of Taiwan Academic Institutional Repository（TAIR ）, and puts forward that the mainland could build the provincial-level university institutional repository union on the basis of university library union of provincial-level. Drawing on experience of building TAIR, this paper proposes ＂top down＂construction strategy, in order to realize 1R techniques and experience sharing, clear copyright program and let the easier issues first.
