摘要
软计算对于不精确、不确定或者不准确信息的容错能力,使得软计算成员间的结合以及软计算方法与其它方法的结合成为解决热工过程中复杂建模、控制、优化问题的新方法。为了有效、可靠地测量钢球磨煤机(球磨机)出力,基于神经网络、混沌信息处理技术的软计算方法建立了球磨机出力软测量模型。仿真结果表明,该模型不仅能够预估稳态下的球磨机出力,而且能够在线估计动态过程中的球磨机出力。
The tolerating capability of imprecision, uncertainty or inaccurate information in soft - computation makes the combination of members in soft - computation,as well as the combination of soft - compution method with other method to be a new method for solving the complex problems in modeling,control,and optimization of the thermal system. For the effective and reliable output capacity of the ball mill coal- pulverizing system,a soft- measuring model of ball mill's output capacity has been established on the basis of neural network and chaotic information processing technology. Results of simulation show that the said model not only can predict the output capacity under steady state,but also can estimate the on - line out - put capacity of the ball mill in dynamic process.
