摘要
神华新疆米东热电厂2×300MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉采用微流化方式点火,整个点火过程床温温升率一直维持在1~3℃/min之间,瞬间最高达4.6℃/min,连续给煤前床温的平均温升率约为2℃/min,温升合理、可控。点火耗油量为9.03t,远远低于试运期间的点火耗油量,也低于我国其它同级别CFB锅炉点火过程的耗油量。
The micro - fluidized ignition mode has been used onto CFB boiler of 2 × 300 MW units in Shenhua Midong Thermal Power Plant, the temperature - rising rate of bed temperature in the entire ignition process was keeping continuously within 1 -3 ℃/min, the temporary highest temperature- rising rate was 4.6 ℃/min, the average temperature- rising rate was about 2 ℃/min. The said temperature - rising rate was reasonable and controllable,the oil consumption was only 9.03 t, being far lower than that in the trial operation period, also being lower than that used in ignition process of similar capacity level CFB boilers in the country.
