W火焰锅炉起动中关键技术分析与控制

摘要 根据荥阳电厂超临界机组W火焰锅炉的调试情况,对该型锅炉在起动过程中的温度和热偏差控制、炉水循环泵控制、锅炉转直流运行操作以及预防W火焰偏烧等关键技术进行了总结和优化。采取相应技术措施后,锅炉起动和运行中没有出现超温、燃烧不稳定、灭火、满水、缺水以及炉水循环泵故障等异常现象,各项运行参数和指标都达到优良水平。 Based on situation of debugging in start - up of supercritical boiler with W - shaped flame in Xingyang Power Plant,the main technical points in start- up of said boiler,such as control of temperature and thermal deviation, control of boiler water circulating pump, manipulation in transfering process to once - through operation,as well as prevention of off - set burning etc. , have been summarized and optimized. After adopting corresponding measures, abnormalities in start - up and operation, i. e. overtemperature, unstable combustion, outfire, water - flooding, water shortage, and fault of boiler water pump etc. , haven't occurred, the operation parameters and various indices all reach excellent level.
