内生成团泛菌HAUM1对宿主水稻的定殖及促生作用 被引量:8

摘要 从水稻中分离出一株具有解磷能力的内生成团泛菌HAUM1,将菌株HAUM1进行gfp基因标记后,结合激光共聚焦扫描技术与平板计数法,研究其对宿主水稻的侵染、定殖及分布规律,结果表明大量菌体以特殊的Symplasmata结构由根部侵入宿主,并逐渐扩散到茎、叶组织中。在对HAUM1促生作用的研究中,将HAUM1与两株解磷菌PA10(Agrobacterium sp.)、P11(Pantoea agglomerans)同时进行接种处理,结果证明前者在提高宿主水稻的生物量、叶绿素及磷含量方面都具有显著优势,且HAUM1的吲哚乙酸生产能力高达23.9 mg/L。表明HAUM1对生态型农业具有重要的应用潜力。 A phosphate-solubilizing endophytic bacteria HAUM1 was isolated from surface-sterilized wild rice and identified as Pantoea agglomerans.Combining laser scanning confocal microscope with plating experiment,the infection,dissemination and colonization of gfp-tagged HAUM1 in host rice was examined.Results indicated that the colonization process began with the infection of special symplasmata structures formed by hundreds of bacterial in roots,then ascended into stems and leaves where they developed big populations as well.To reveal the growth-promoting role of HAUM1,rice seedlings were inoculated with HAUM1 and other two phosphate-solubilizing bacterial PA10(Agrobacterium sp.) and P11(Pantoea agglomerans) respectively.HAUM1 was found prossessing dominent ability in increasing biomass,cytochrome(a+b) and phosphate content of host rice.And the yield of indole-3-acetic acid of HAUM1 could be as high as 23.9 mg/L.All these findings showed that HAUM1 had promising potential for ecologic agriculture.
