摘要
分别研究了"晶瑶"草莓(Fragaria ananassa cv.Jingyao)在基质栽培与有土栽培中植株的营养生长情况,比较二者在果实产量、果实品质、果实感灰霉病病情指数等方面的差异。结果表明,基质栽培草莓的植株地上部分营养生长表现中庸,稍弱于有土栽培,而地下部分营养生长较强;基质栽培草莓第一批产量低于有土栽培,但第二批以后的产量则高于有土栽培,单株果实产量、平均单果重均优于有土栽培;基质栽培草莓的果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、果实维生素C含量和可滴定酸含量有所提高,而固酸比与有土栽培的相比差异不大;同时,基质栽培草莓的灰霉病发病程度较有土栽培轻。基质栽培与有土栽培相比具有较多优势,管理方便,果实产量、果实品质、灰霉病抗性等均有提高。
Vegetative growth,fruit yield,fruit quality,resistance to Botrytis cinerea Pers.of 'Jingyao' strawberry(Fragaria ananassa cv.Jingyao) were studied in substrate culture and soil culture.The results showed that shoot growth of plants in substrate culture was a little worse than that in soil culture,but the underground growth of plants in substrate culture was better than that in soil culture.The initial fruit yield of substrate culture was lower than that of soil culture;but the subsequent fruit yield was higher.Fruit yield per plant and average fruit weight of substrate culture were superior to soil cultivation.Strawberry fruit firmness,soluble solids content,fruit vitamin C content and titratable acid content of substrate culture was increased.At the same time,fruit disease B.cinerea of substrate culture strawberry reduced.Substrate culture has more advantages compared to soil culture.
