不同孵化方式对四川白鹅种蛋孵化效果的影响

The Hatching Results of Sichuan White Goose Eggs in Different Ways

收集四川白鹅产蛋高峰期产的种蛋,随机分成2组,一组进行恒温孵化,另一组进行变温孵化,研究了不同孵化方式对四川白鹅种蛋孵化效果的影响。结果显示,在实行恒温孵化条件下,入孵蛋孵化率56.67%,受精蛋孵化率62.20%,健雏率70.59%;在实行变温孵化条件下,入孵蛋孵化率78.89%,受精蛋孵化率85.54%,健雏率76.06%。经统计学检验,两种孵化条件下的孵化性能指标差异极显著(P﹤0.01)。孵化试验表明,鹅种蛋孵化宜采取变温孵化方式。

The eggs collected in peak period of Sichuan white goose were randomly located to two group that hatched with constant temperature and variable temperature respectively to study the hatching results in different way.The results showed that the hatching rates of total incubation eggs and fertilized eggs were 56.67%,62.20% in constant temperature respectively,and 78.89%,85.54% in variable temperature respectively.The healthy duckling rate was 70.59% in constant temperature and 76.06% in variable temperature.The performance index was in extremely significant difference（P﹤0.01）.It indicated that the variable temperature hatching was the better way for goose eggs.
