摘要
为促进烟叶生产的可持续发展,云南文山州烟草公司研制了一种太阳能密集自控烤房,其太阳能利用效率较高,升温灵敏,水平与垂直温差小,排湿通畅,全自动控制操作简便,能满足烤烟烘烤的需要。烘烤烟叶质量与普通密集烤房所烤烟叶质量相当,比普通密集烤房平均节能34%,利用太阳能与电能替代煤炭烘烤,实现了烟叶烘烤的温室气体零排放。
A solar bulk curing barn was developed for the sustainable development of tobacco production by Wenshan prefecture in Yunnan tobacco company,which could efficient utilize the solar energy and increase the temperature timely,horizontal and vertical temperature difference was small,moisture smooth,automatic control was simple and it could meet the needs of flue-cured tobacco curing.Compared with ordinary bulk curing barn,it could save 34% of the curing energy and maintain a similar level of quality.Using of solar energy to replace coal and baking,zero emissions of greenhouse gases was achieved in tobacco curing process.
